  • Playhouse 19 continually bring to the stage quality productions that feature local talent. The unique and spacious Rock Crusher Canyon is Florida's largest natural ampitheater. the 90'canyon wall carved from limestone serves as a stage backdrop to a number of legendary performers such as Hootie and the Blowfish, Willie Nelson, Herman's Hermits starring Peter Noone, Barbara Mandrell, Molly Hatchet, Alabama and much more.
  • The county's newest museum is in the renovated 1912 courthouse building in downtown Inverness. It houses one of the most comprehensive photographic displays detailing the county's major industrial booms. Other museums in the county also offer insight into days gone by.
